In order to book an appointment, we require a deposit to secure your time slot. This deposit will go toward the cost of your service. We accept venmo, cash app, credit card payments as well as cash payments.
We understand that things come up last minute, resulting in the need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We allow cancellations up to 48 hours before your allotted time. cancelling 48 hours or more in advance will result in a full refund.
Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours of your appointment time will result in a loss of 50% of your deposit. This deposit will go directly to the stylist to accommodate for not being able to do your service.
24 hour or less, Same day cancellations or no shows, will result in a complete loss of your deposit. If you decide to schedule an appointment after cancel/no show we will require an additional deposit.
We understand that traffic, parking and so many more unexpected inconveniences can occur while on your way to your appointment. In this case we do allow a 15 minute grace period. If you are to arrive later than 15 minutes there is a chance your appointment will have to be cancelled/ rescheduled. If the stylist is still able to service, there will be a $20 fee added to your ticket. We ask that if you are running late, you give us a call so that we can figure out how to best accommodate both you and the stylist.
